Inventory Management:

Fi-es Magnolia inventory gets updated either at warehouses or shops when goods receive note is entered. Items in bills flow to goods receive note once the dispatch is done at the end of purchasing process from HQ.

2 levels of items categories
All the information related to a particular item is maintained by the system.
Same item can have multiple packing types.
4 different images can be stored for each item.
Check for inventory levels across shops and push inventory to shops before inventory reaches 0.

Point of Sales:

Shop (Point of Sale) is where the company sells its products and generates income. There are different kinds of shops which are classified according to the service they are providing to the customers.

Shop - Sells Goods, Inventory Management & Purchase.
A shop is managed and monitored by the HQ. In magnolia we can have multiple shops. In these shops they are selling goods to customers.
Cash and Credit Sales.
Display pole, cash drawer, receipt printer and barcode scanners can be conveniently used with the system.
POS receipt can be customized.
Sell items with serial number to track warranty.
Select a sell list of items at once; ideal for school booklist or similar lists.
Sell items on same price in all areas.
Selling price of items can vary from shop to shop.
If HQ allows selling prices can be fixed at shop.
Transferring items from shop to shop.
Transferring items from shop to warehouse.

Send replacement request to vendors for replacing parts of machineries which carries warranty with it.

Local purchase can be done in shops. In situations where a particular shop has run of item they can opto purchase it locally to serve customer.
In pos module we can pay small amounts to the expenses incurred at the shop that falls below the Maximum Payable Amount.
It is also allowed to receive money from customers from the shop.

Service station – Primarily gives different varieties of services for warranty and not warranty items as well as sells goods to customers. Fully integrated into accounts.
